Poet-in-residence project - Mersey Care

Mersey Care NHS Trust has funded the Poet-in-Residence project since 2013 through which our Project Lead, Pauline Rowe has delivered projects, workshops and developed publications with service-users both in community and acute ward settings.  She has worked with the Mossley Hill Writing Group on the Gifts of Age project until March 2015; they produced the book Snow-capped Mountains and Black Bears, and the booklet Still Life in 2016. In 2016 work was extended to include delivery of two 6-week courses via the Recovery College as well as workshops at Windsor House, the PD Hub and an all-day celebration at the Life Rooms in Walton.  In 2017 our project in Mersey Care welcomes Maria Isakova Bennett as our Writing & Poetry Tutor.
